*please note as a rough guide you should allow four hours transcription for every one hour of recorded time. Transcription times vary depending on:

• The clarity of the person speaking
  
• The clarity of the tape
  
• Regional accents of the speaker/s
  
• The number of people
  
• The speed at which the people speak
  
• The complexity of the content

Terms

A minimum charge of £15.00 applies to each order. Payment due upon completion. Additional charges may be levied for stationary, postage / delivery.
